Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the parcel is securely sealed for transit.

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand over your package at any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
